First is to consider the materials that the organizers were made of. For most green homeowners, the bamboo is becoming a very trendy material to be used. Aside from its amazing aesthetic appeal, it is also easy to maintain and it is self renewing in terms of its aspects with nature. The solid wood is another green choice and if you would look at the manufacturer's manual if it is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, then you would know that it is highly sustainable.
Around our home, we believe parents do their kids a disservice if they're not given the responsibility of contributing to the household through chores. Kids that never have to lift a dirty sock or clear their place after dinner grow up to be selfish and expect the world at large to tend to their every whim. That's indulgent and impractical. On the other hand, kids that are given responsibility at an early age for tasks well within their capabilities learn to appreciate the work which goes into running a home. Those kids are more likely to appreciate the effort put into making a meal. Clean clothes in the closet don't just appear; someone had to wash, dry, sort and hang them.
The best place to put these handles, or your newfound racks, are under some of the cabinetry that you already have in place. Since in this case we're going to hang some cooking utensils on these racks, somewhere in the vicinity of the stove or spice rack is a good place to put them. Just like you would attach the handles to anything else you're going to attach them to your wall. If you have multiple handles, you may want to space them pretty close together so that it looks like you have one consistent area to organize all those utensils. Or, if you have little bits of wall space here and there you can also spread them out so they're available where ever you need them.
