Vessel sinks, commonly known as basin sinks are becoming the popular trend in the luxury kitchen. Vessel sinks sit atop instead of being below the countertop unlike the traditional sink basins. One-and-a-half-bowl sinks offer a good compromise, giving you an extra area that doesn't eat up too much surface space. These types of sinks will tend to last a very long time and is scratch resistant so it'll always keep that fresh new look throughout the years. If you select for a granite or quartz sink, then you'll also be able to select the different kinds of colors that area available.
